Individuals with the desire to visit the UK have the right to remain in the country for up to six months except citizens of Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirate. After this period, it is necessary to return to the country of origin and make a new application. To qualify for a visitor visa, it is necessary to prove financial resources to stay in the UK during this period, and show links with the country of origin and show that there is no interest in working or studying. Those who have obtained a visitor’s visa for less than six months may extend it to a maximum period of six months.
Short-term – Individuals who wish to study in the United Kingdom on courses lasting up to 11 months can apply for short-stay visa. The applicant must have an offer to undertake a course at an educational institution recognised by the UK Immigration Agency (UK Border Agency) and have financial resources to maintain themselves throughout the period of the course. This visa cannot be extended and has a duration of between 1 and 11 months.
Tier 4 – individuals who wish to undertake a higher education course (undergraduate or postgraduate) in the UK lasting longer than 11 months and are not citizens of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland should apply for a Tier 4 visa. The applicant must have an offer to undertake a course at an educational institution recognised by the UK Immigration Agency (UK Border Agency), be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language, with a certificate recognised by the Home Office at the intermediate level and have sufficient financial resources to maintain themselves during the length of the course.

I used the services of LondonHelp4U when I got my visa at the beginning of 2015, the process was quick and smooth, with no headaches, so I recommend this company. Congratualtions to the whole team for their efforts and assistance!”
Company 100 % reliable. When I most needed Francine Mendonça and her entire team was there to help me. I thought my case was lost, not because I don’t have rights, but because before I was represented by irresponsible lawyers. With LondonHelp4U it was completely different, I received full attention!
